Legalize your semi-outdoors, illegal besements & closed park Print

Our office takes action to legalise your semi-outdoors
and other areas, according to Law 3843/2010

Documents required:

  1. Owner's Request to the competent urban planning office.
  2. Owner' s Declaration (in duplicate) with details of the property (address, building permit, etc.) with Validated signature.
  3. Fee of 250 € (for semi-outdoor spaces), or 350 € (for all other than semi-outdoor).
  4. Engineer's Technical Report and engineer fees.
  5. Copies of the original: a) topografic plan, b) Floor plan and c) the building permit.
